James Damore who was popularized by posting a memo to google employees is officially moving to take the case out of court. His memo was thought to be insensitive toward women. People who read the memo called James sexist and thought that the text in the memo was in bad taste. James Damore was ultimately fired for releasing the memo and thus opened a lawsuit against Google. It does not look like this issue has been resolved to date.
